You have served the Australian young
children long enough, but for those who first heard about Planetshaker, can you
tell me about Planetshakers and what is the difference with other spiritual
bands?
Henry: We is not nothing but praise and
worship band. We have become the lead corporate worship praise on young people
of our church for over ten years. What we do, is what has become a way of life
in our church. In America, we see a lot of bands that have made a spiritual
album. So the band seems to be something unusual spiritual. So what we are
doing and we are a lifestyle of praise and worship, even that underlies our
life is ini.Di Planetshaker, you will not see a famous artist or just a musical
performance that showcased the expertise of its personnel; This is how to build
a life in the praise and worship .
What is the format of the show
Planetshaker?
Alex: Our format is not a concert, we are
the result of grub band praise worship service that made performance at our
church conference. Our Director was our pastor, and he inserts in our music
prophetic messages from time to time. We do not determine what our performances
on the stage; Our flow by the Holy Spirit. We do not focus on how to make the
band famous. We are more concerned bless many people to experience a more
intimate relationship with God again.
What do you think about your album that has
spread in various countries. Many bands that dream could become like
Planetshakers?
Alex: We never imagined could be known as
it is today. Henry wrote a song called "It's All About Jesus." It is
our heart's content; Overall our vision is to bring the message of Jesus Christ
and reach out to young people to have an encounter with God through worship.
Our only task is to bring our listeners have an encounter with God.
Henry: I do not like the luxury of rock and
roll. For us, a song can be a blessing to the listener. This is not about the
things that we get when our band famous. I do not care about being famous
artist, who I care about is how to write a song that will always remember the
people and bless their lives.
How do you process (Henry) wrote the song?
Henry: Many of the songs I wrote is the
result of reflection and when my personal penyembaahan. My phone, I dedicated
to it, through the phone, I can record over two hours of material. I am the
type of person that time in the car and started driving will start singing
along the way. I recorded it and find lots of new lyrics, I'll listen to the
whole thing and look for lyrics that most stuck in my head. We are very
